A commercial vehicle workshop was looking for a way to protect its ageing concrete floor, which was becoming increasingly damaged through daily use.

Dura Tiles provided a practical overlay solution, creating a cleaner, safer and more professional working environment without having to replace the existing concrete floor.

The water- and slip-resistant surface is well suited to a busy workshop where vehicles are washed and oil, chemicals and other spills are part of everyday work. The PVC tiles are also flame retardant, while their more resilient surface provides a more comfortable working environment for staff who spend long hours on their feet.

With large areas exposed to constant vehicle traffic, adhesive was used to provide additional stability and prevent tile movement.

The result: A durable new working surface, while giving the existing concrete a new lease of life.
